OUR CARE PHILOSOPHY
Our providers have experience with complex patients both personally and professionally. After the frustrations we experienced as patients, we are committed to creating a positive experience for families seeking expert care. We listen, we believe you, and we are committed to your wellness.
We believe that every family in need should have access to care. To help make this a reality, we accept multiple insurance companies and are transparent about our care model and fees. We can currently start and continue care via telemedicine appointments.
At Lighthouse, we strive for collaborative care with our patients and their other providers. Our approach utilizes the best of both Functional Medicine and Traditional Medicine to maximize results. We support health and quality of life through compassionate care, a whole-body approach, and on-going patient education.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
CARE COORDINATION
Our professionals analyze your specific situation and develop a care plan to address your biggest concerns first. We also help you prepare for and maximize your visits with other providers. Then we help you prioritize and integrate the plans from other professionals into an individualized plan.
PATIENT EDUCATION
There is a lot to learn to successfully manage a complex condition. There isn't enough time in a standard office visit to gain a full understanding. To fill this gap, we provide educational resources for patients and caregivers in several ways. We want to help you gain knowledge and feel empowered to make choices that improve wellness and quality of life.

MY CHILD IS EXTREMELY COMPLEX. HOW CAN I BE SURE YOU CAN HELP US?
Many parents considering care with us are worried that we have not seen a child as complex as theirs. We want to reassure you that we see families with a broad range of complexities and conditions. Instead of trying to explain your child's issues over the phone, we ask that you start the intake process and send records so that we can make an informed determination. If we review your child's records and don't believe we can help we will let you know right away. Don't worry, that almost never happens.
HOW MUCH DOES A VISIT COST?
If we accept your insurance, it's likely that your plan will cover the cost of your visits. To view our appointment fees for both insurance and cash pay patients please click here.
WILL LIGHTHOUSE REPLACE MY PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER?
No, you will still maintain your primary care provider for your usual checkups and to get care for acute illnesses or injuries. We specialize in treating and managing your complex condition (or conditions) in coordination with your other providers.
HOW CAN I BECOME A PATIENT?
We are currently accepting patients, but have limited slots for intake appointments. To start the intake process please visit our Future Patient page and submit all of the forms listed there. There are detailed instructions on how to submit everything you need to get started. Once everything is submitted we will be in touch to schedule you if you are a fit for our practice.
I DON'T LIVE IN DELAWARE. CAN YOU STILL HELP ME?
Yes! We can serve out-of-state patients. We are licensed in the States of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and Ohio. We can see patients via telemedicine.

We also have limited consultations available for international patients. Contact us for details.
WHAT IS A LIGHTHOUSE MEMBERSHIP FEE?
At Lighthouse Complex Care of Delaware, our model is different from other medical practices.
