Contest

Who is eligible? What if I'm already a patient?

This promotion is for any US resident over the age of 18 who is not a current or previous patient of Lighthouse Complex Care.

How do I enter to win?

What if I have insurance?

You can still use your insurance if we accept it. Click here for the list of companies we work with. Your insurance can typically help cover some testing, labs, and any prescription medications depending on your plan. We will bill your insurance for appointments and care fees during that time, but you won't be responsible for copays, deductibles, or uncovered fees from our billing.

It's easy! Just use the form above or click HERE! The more actions you take, the more tickets you earn to increase your chances of winning. Be sure to share with other families you know who might be interested.

When do I find out if I won?

The contest runs from May 11th at 8 am MST through 11:59 pm MST on May 23rd. We will randomly choose the winner and notify him or her via email. They will have 48 hours to schedule their intake appointment. For our full Terms & Conditions please click here.

What if I win after I have my first appointment?

Don't wait to get the care you or your child needs! If you win, we will refund your initial deposit for your intake appointment.

What if I don't live in Colorado?

For a limited time, regulations have been relaxed to allow us to accept new patients via telemedicine/virtual appointments. Typically you would need to travel to us for your first appointment to establish care. We are recommending that people take advantage of the telemedicine intake capability as soon as possible because we don't know how long it will be available.

Does this mean all of my care expenses are free for 3 months?

This doesn't cover third-party testing, medications, or supplements, but it does cover your appointment fees and your Complex Care Fee for a full three months!

What is the average most patients spend on testing and supplements?

This varies widely and depends on both insurance coverage and a patient's individualized care plan. Testing is done periodically to make sure progress is being made and to make appropriate adjustments. Testing can be several hundred dollars, but it may be covered by insurance or costs reduced with income qualification. Supplements might be $100 per month for some patients, but again this really depends on the individual's needs. We do provide 20% discounts on supplements ordered through Wellevate and FullScript to help offset costs. We work with patients at many income levels and don't want income to be a barrier to care.

WHAT OUR PATIENTS ARE SAYING

I cried tears of joy after our first appointment at Lighthouse because it felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders.  The providers at LCC were able to figure out more about my daughter in a few short weeks than a handful of doctors could figure out in two years.  They’re so unbelievably comprehensive and caring. -Kellee
